SOLE Fitness assembly
All SOLE treadmills are easy to assemble and can be completed with the help of the manual in under an hour. The console head is removed for protective reasons for shipping, and the treadmill arms are also contained separately in the box. An Allen Wrench is included to assist you as well as a screwdriver. The packaging contains all the tools necessary to complete the job. Other than the basic tightening of screws to attach arms, and cosmetic covers, all that needs to be done is attaching cables that connect the upper electronics with the lower board of the treadmill. The cable attachments go together as easy as plugging a phone into a phone jack. You can see the entire assembly completed in this 3 minute video. Treadmill Assembly Video
SOLE ellipticals have more moving parts, but are still fairly easy to assemble and can be completed with the help of the manual in less than 2 hours. Many of the moving pieces are wrapped separately for shipping. The screws and bolts needed are packaged in individual slots according to each step to make sure you can complete each step without using the wrong bolts. Most of the assembly is simply putting the necessary pieces in place and tightening them for security. The cable attachments clip together easily. You can watch each step of the elliptical assembly process in this short video. Elliptical Assembly Video
